Miserable Pile of Secrets (Wax Melt)

The wax melt Miserable Pile of Secrets is inspired by Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.

One of my favorite video game quotes is from the English version of the game, when Dracula has a back and forth with Richter and says, "What is a man? A miserable little pile of secrets!"

It's a truly iconic moment to the point where the wine glass being flung to the ground in between the statements is my favorite aspect of the entire conversation, and it has stayed with me for years.

So when I came across a particularly fragrant Black Cherry Merlot scent, I knew just what I had to do: create a wax melt inspired by that legendary moment as an homage to what was in his wine glass at the time.

It was probably blood, but we can take some artistic liberties with it.

To give it that first scent burst, it features top notes of black currant and apple. A s you get to the core of the fragrance, you'll definitely get the merlot and black cherry body that you came here for. And to balance everything, there's a base of oak and amber to accompany the merlot and a touch of vanilla to provide a delicate sweetness to the whole aroma.
